Visual Lease has partners that white label their software when onboarding new clients. When the partners hired new members, they required training, which couldn't always be provided with a live person.

As a result, I worked with various departments within Visual Lease to develop a foundational curriculum that would allow partner members to access via LMS (Docebo and Cornerstone), to complete as either stand-alone training or in tandem with a live implementation/onboarding. If a learner decided, they could complete all elements of the LMS training to obtain a Partner Certification.

Steps taken:

1. Met with SME's for implementation and developed a roadmap for onboarding which includes the Partner Certification.
2. Using the ADDIE model, I developed an approved curriculum of various engaging videos that were considered core to the knowledge required for onboarding.
3. Organized courses and learning plans within the LMS to create a seamless learning experience.
4. Invited 'power users', which are VL implementation specialists, to view the curriculum, and run reports for the users they are onboarding.
5. Created default welcome emails for when users were placed into the LMS, which included credentials and a welcome video showing users how to navigate the LMS to quickly find the content they need.
