I began with detailed research of existing content, then began the story-boarding iPhone process. Understanding that Grandma didn't know much about technology, I had to pair down the technical terms into pieces that could easily be understood. During the storyboard creation, I ensured that video that was taken from an iPhone synced to the script and that every step, even the small ones typically overlooked, were included. My goal was to keep this under 5 minutes so Grandma could easily find certain spots in the video for repeating.
