To support the Fund Administration team's global expansion and rapid headcount growth, I identified a need for scalable training solutions. I leveraged Storyline 360 to transform existing SOPs into concise interactive micro-learning. I also incorporated the interactive lessons into Articulate Rise,  establishing a critical knowledge foundation that prepared new hires for advanced curriculum.
