Partnering with a major international client, I executed a strategy to quickly develop onboarding content using the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). To meet aggressive timelines for beginner-level content, I leveraged Articulate Rise and NotebookLM (AI) to accelerate production. By using the already approved SOPs in NotebookLM as the source document, I was able to rapidly generate differentiated instruction—including accessible videos and summary podcasts. The result was the delivery of 25+ courses in a condensed timeframe, providing an expansive and modular digital resource to augment live onboarding sessions.
