This manual was created as part of a feature rollout for the company's software suite. As such, documentation was needed for end users, but it also doubled as an internal training tool for client services as well.
Utilizing Snagit/Snippit tools, MS Word, and Adobe Photoshop I was able to create a concise document that was widely used by external and internal users alike.
