The need for a short and concise explainer video was requested to be released alongside a feature enhancement. I was given only a few days to accomplish this. I quickly worked with Marketing and an SME to ensure the information presented was accurate but not going into too much detail as this was to be embedded in a marketing email as well as in-platform announcements. My flow went as follows:

1. Met with Marketing to determine the scope and general idea what needed to be covered.
2. Met with SME to obtain proper workflow and information.
3. Created script and sent to Marketing and SME for approval.
4. Recorded the voice-over and then synced to video capture using Camtasia.

I was given a PowerPoint to use and decided that animating various parts of the video would drive home some of the points that marketing wanted to convey in the message. The result can be seen below.
