For over a decade I've turned complex software into training that thousands of learners actually use, across K–12, higher education, and enterprise SaaS. I've founded a content development department from zero, led teams of designers and technical writers as the final quality authority, and managed six-figure technology decisions.
What drives me is a genuine passion for helping people grow. Effective learning design, at its core, is about improving someone's quality of life: making hard things clear, and giving people the confidence to do their work well.
Today, that means applying hands-on AI fluency to the craft. I use Claude and enterprise AI tools daily, have built working applications on AI, and am writing a book on AI's practical role in learning and development. The goal isn't novelty. It's building better content, faster, without losing the rigor that makes training worth taking.
I'm at my best establishing governance, workflows, standards, and tooling where a learning function doesn't yet exist.
I've served as the final QC authority for everything leaving a department, leading cross-functional designers and technical writers.
I integrate AI across discovery, scripting, and production to ship faster, while keeping instructional rigor intact.
